It’s never easy when a beloved pet dies. If you choose cremation, Pet Angel is the way to go.  They were quicker than I anticipated and the paw print and gorgeous box with my dogs cremains were elegantly packaged. Chris delivered my dog’s ashes and he was extremely accommodating and compassionate. I believe he has one of the hardest jobs there is and I appreciate him! Dr Mac of Compassionate Home Vets is an absolute angel. She was highly recommended by my rehabilitation vet, so I trusted her without meeting her, but the minute she called me to discuss and assess my pet, I could already tell what a genuine human being she was. She wanted to make sure we were doing the correct thing my my beloved dog. Then she hen she walked into my home, I knew even more what a special person she was.  On my worst day, or any pet owner's worst day, they can only hope to have someone as compassionate as Dr Mac come to their homes to help their beloved pet transition. She made an incredibly hard day as easy as it could have been and I knew and could see that my dog was at peace the whole time. She also provided insight into his condition that I had never heard from any other vet I took my dog to, which further reassured me that I was doing the right thing by him. I highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling to make a decision about their pet just to have a conversation. And when the day comes, I promise you she is the right person to help you and your pet.

When Chris from One Heart Pet Services came to my home to deliver my pet's ashes, he was kind and professional and compassionate towards my situation. We talked about my dog and he also made me feel at peace. Despite only interacting with him for a few minutes, I appreciated the way he reached out to schedule when it was good for me and how I would feel comfortable receiving my pet's ashes. He was considerate and let me know exactly when he would be at my home. I also know for certain after meeting him that he was respectful with my pets remains and you could tell he takes his role of delivering someone's beloved pet's remains very seriously.  He is wonderful. My experience with this team was above and beyond. I consider them a blessing. There's nothing they could have done better or different. My daughter and I had to make the painfully difficult decision to put our loving,  beautiful cat, Romy, to sleep after 17 sweet years  with us. Dr. McInerney of Compassionate Home Vets was so incredibly kind and thoughtful guiding us and supporting us through every moment. We can't say enough good things about her. My daughter and I chose to have our Romy's ashes  returned to us in a special container. Chris personally  delivered Romy's ashes which arrived in a beautiful gift bag. The ashes are saved in a gorgeously carved wooden box. As I took the bag from Chris, he offered his heartfelt condolences and other kind words. Losing our cat, our furry family member, was  truly difficult. However, Compassionate Home Vets understood our burden and eased our hearts. I would wholeheartedly recommend them when you and your family know it's time to make this very difficult choice. We cannot thank them enough.
