Enhance your jewelry with a photo, noseprint, pawprint, or text. You may choose to customize most pieces on both or one side. (one pet per picture)

Order Processing and Production Time

Standard Items: Most sterling silver or stainless steel items ship within 5-7 business days after receipt of your design.

Gold or Platinum Items: These require an additional 4-5 weeks due to their custom nature.

Back Engraving: Adding an engraving to other side extends processing by one additional business day.

Tips for Submitting Your Design

Labeling Your Files: For quick processing, clearly label your files with the pet’s name and specify "Front" or "Back" (e.g., "BusterSmith(Front)"). This helps in managing detailed or complex orders.

Image Quality: Ensure your images are large and clear. If an image is too small, we may request a higher resolution image to ensure quality. If it is requested we proceed using an image that is less than ideal, we will be unable to fulfill a replacement, or refund for that item. 

Capturing the Best Print

Photographing Prints: Use a digital camera or smartphone. Zoom in and focus on the paw or nose. Good lighting and sharp focus are crucial. Resolution recommendation- 300 dpi or higher or around 2000px x 1500px or higher in JPG format.

Photographing Handwriting: Take a high-resolution digital photo in JPG format of the handwriting. Make sure the writing is crisp and well-lit for the best contrast.

How to Submit Your Print

After you place your order, please email images to info@oneheartpetservices.com. Please remember the highest quality possible is best and multiple shots is encouraged.
